Roam America - Regional Manager 

Calling all Managers, multitaskers, and problem-solvers – ROAM America (ROAM), an affiliate of PRESERVE Partners (PRESERVE), is seeking a Salt Lake City, UT based outdoor hospitality Regional Manager to join our growing team of skilled professionals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the on-site Management, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams
  • Drive guest satisfaction by implementing hospitality best practices across the portfolio
  • Develop and track operational budgets and key performance indicators for assigned properties within the portfolio
  • Identify, track, and evaluate competitive market sets to ensure optimal execution of business plan and pricing
  • Complete financial reports relating to P&Ls and budgets to communicate a complete property performance to corporate leadership
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local agencies relating to resort operations (includes all required lodging, employment, operating, health, food service / liquor, and environmental permitting and licensing)
  • Contribute to identifying and executing programming opportunities for guests in all markets during all seasons
  • Create and enforce company policies and standards
  • Support the implementation of each portfolio’s marketing strategy
  • including auditing listings on OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), supporting influencer visits, providing feedback, and content for social media accounts with brand/property relevant content
  • Oversee reservations and provide feedback to on-site management teams regarding operations, revenue strategies, and other business related functions 
  • Assist with developing project scope and management of contractors and construction
  • Develop best practices for winterization and property maintenance
  • Assist with marketing strategy focused on driving revenue
  • Develop systems of accountability for tracking long-term stays and conversions.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality and/or property management
  • Multi-unit experience required (Rv parks, hotels, multi-family, etc.), RV resort experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven leadership experience
  • General computer and technology proficiency; experience with RMS, MEWS, K2, Medallia, abs/or Zingle is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work outdoors
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to access remote locations during winter
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly and consistently

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year commensurate with experience.
